We run a massive 29 classes a week with 13 different styles of training. With classes running both in morning and evenings you are sure to find a class and time that suits you. The classes are fun, varied and you will certainly be challenged, within your own capabilities. Our fitness classes are 100% client orientated. As a fully qualified Personal Trainer I will guide, support, encourage and keep you motivated as we achieve the fitness and nutritional goals that we set together.

It all started when I hired a hall to run a 6am Bootcamp, 3 mornings a week. It was an instant hit with people in the local area and shortly after we had requests from people to put on another Bootcamp at 9:30am. This also proved very popular. As these classes were successful, this lead to me putting on evening fitness classes. I found a rental space and the following day I handed in my notice to the job I was in at the time.

I was fully committed in pursuing my dream! As Our promise to you I will do everything I possibly can to help you reach both your fitness and nutritional goals.

My name is Colin McNally, working under the business name 'McNally Fitness'.
This is my first business venture built on the back of over 16 years experience in the fitness industry.
That is 16 years experience instructing a variety of classes including circuits, kettlebells, strength and conditioning, spinning, boxercise, HIIT, core etc.
From this time I know what works and equally as important I know what people enjoy!
The key to having a lasting career in the fitness industry is to love what you do and keep learning.
