We have more options for Personal Training which can be done in the studio, via Zoom, or at your home. The majority of FITNESS CLASSES and PERSONAL TRAINING, are provided by Joanna Waz. The class timetable is designed to provide a range of classes that considers all fitness levels. However, if you feel you need any more advice or individual attention there is the additional option of one to one personal training with Joanna.
Joanna is a Level 3 advanced Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor. Inspired and motivated by her clients commitment and transformations. Her own knowledge and experience helps Joanna to identify and understand clients needs and deliver unique personalised programmes. Her approach is to improve clients awareness of their own bodies by analysis of individual posture and movement patterns enabling long term benefits.
Wazfit opened in 2014 in Milnathort, moved to the bigger and better studio on the Junction Road in Kinross. Now providing more space on the classes, good parking and better changing and waiting facilities.
