We have a range of Cardio, Resistance, Free Weight, Functional & Boxing Equipment available around the clock. Sports Massage is ideal as a stand alone pamper product or to help ease day to day stresses. This type of massage can really come into its own as a pre or post event treatment, part of injury recovery or part of a training plan. Our sauna is available for private hire for up to 4 people, meaning you don't need to share with stangers.

Group Fitness Classes can be effective & sociable, which is why we offer over 10 classes per week. As a deal breaker, we offer all of our members FREE WiFi, On-site parking, Lockers, Shower facilities and basic advice.
