RACEFIT is run by our friendly and welcoming Gym Manager, Ian Howell and his team.
The gym offers state of the art equipment - all kindly sponsored by local trainers and The Racing Foundation.
Memberships are the most cost-effective way to exercise with unlimited access to the facilities.
All new members are offered a free induction session prior to being given a fob for instant gym access.
Membership gives you access to our fully equipped gym as well as changing rooms with shower facilities and lockers.

Ian also uses the equicisers as part of his circuit training to enhance your riding fitness and technique.
The simulator suite must be booked in advance and all riders/jockeys must be accompanied by their personal coach or by Ian Howell.
