Unique Physique bodybuilding gym Leicester continues to expand year on year, making improvements to facilities and investing in new, state of the art equipment. We have recently undergone a major facelift in the cardio room area to develop further our intent on making our fitness gym environment as inviting and friendly as possible.

Within our cardio-vascular room we have recently added 2 x Johnson T8000 treadmill along with Johnson Recumbent bike, upright bike, rower and Eliptical trainer, and for your comfort, laid new flooring.Also new, a complete new rubber flooring in the main gym, for a better training experience. We listen to our members comments and requests and as such have responded by opening an hour earlier through the week.

9am-9pm. We have recently installed a new Performance Power Rack (supplied by Indigo Fitness of Hinckley) to further help you in a monster workout. 2 x Razor Renegade Air Bikes. Casual 6 Week (mon-sun) 12 Monthly 36 Quarter 95 Half Year 170 Yearly 300 Half yearly on Direct debit 32 PCM Yearly on.

This equipment is continually being added to and at the first opportunity upgraded, all presented to help give you a MONSTER workout.
We have recently reconditioned our extensive range of Dumbells, making for an even better MONSTER workout!
Lunch: 4 slices granary bread sandwhich with low fat filling eg; cottage cheese, chicken, tuna and salad.
Choose either: baked beans, sardines, poached egg, or egg white omlette on toast.
Choose either: chicken, turkey, fish, wholemeal bread and veg or egg whites on either rice, pasta or potatoe.
Main meal: Choose either: medium serving of lean meat chicken breast x2, x2 turkey steaks, steak grilled, dry fish or an egg white omlette with large serving of veg or salad.
Choose either: boiled new potatoes, jacket potatoe, basmati rice, pasta, yam or boiled plantain.
