We're more than just a gym. Established in 2010 under A.K's Fitness (a women only classes based studio), expanding to Fitness Factory Leicester, a gym for both men and women based at Temple Road. Fitness Factory is now based in Hamilton, priding itself on being easily accessible, affordable and offering something for everyone in the community - be it weight loss, general conditioning, bodybuilding and competition prep or even a form of therapy.
