Today we kick week 3 of LPT's 6-week transformation program and are already seeing some AMAZING progress. Even better than the weight loss & fitness gains though for me as a coach I love seeing and hearing the mindset leaps our new members have taken already. How do you overcome the fear, anxieties, lack of confidence so many people feel that stop them in their tracks?

People create whole identities around these feelings when the fact is these are very normal human feelings that serve us for a REASON. Without feelings of fear, worry/concern for ourselves & others we would be bordering on psychopathic! You could say that this one change in thought process can help turn tragedy to transformation. More recently I've been thinking about creating a framework for measuring Daily Lifestyle Performance.
Reviewing your enjoyment level of your food, exercise, work life, relationships etc etc is critical to not just your happiness but your performance and growth.
If you are on a weight loss drive then eating meals that are healthy & you really enjoy is far more sustainable in the long run than starving yourself on bland & boring recipes.
And I find we get so stuck in a ways that we miss out on all the little small hacks in life where you can create more enjoyment.
