With my help and expertise you will not only achieve your goals, but look and feel better than ever before! You will be introduced to various fitness and personal training techniques including: Kick Boxing, Boxing, Circuit Training, Various resistance training, Core strength training and various body weight exercises.All designed to help you lose weight fast, and get fit and healthy, in a safe, enjoyable and natural manner. Being a Personal trainer, to me, is about understanding my clients needs and being able to motivate them comfortably towards achieving their goals in the safest and most enjoyable manner possible.

Andy has always had a keen interest in keeping fit and has enjoyed being involved in almost every sport there is.
This lead him to get the relevant certification to enable him to pass on his knowledge and enthusiasm to those wanting to improve their lives.
The measurements are all taken using special scales, so no need to strip and feel uncomfortable.
I may also take a blood pressure reading if you haven't had one done recently to assess the condition of your heart.
The initial consultation will usually only take around half an hour to and hour depending on how much you like to talk and how well we get on!
I will usually hold regular follow up consultations to assess your progress, usually this will involve just taking the measurements as mentioned earlier.
After having a consultation, we can start to develop a routine that will work for you and get the results you want in the best time possible.
This will involve a diet plan and activity plan outside of your training time with me.
While training I will make sure you are happy, comfortable and still making progress in the right way.
My sole purpose as your trainer, is to help you achieve your goals quickly and in the most comfortable and enjoyable way possible.
It can be a long and sometimes challenging journey but I'm here to help you every step of the way.
Probably the most important part of losing weight, getting fitter or building muscle is the food you eat.
If you think of food as fuel: the better the fuel the smoother the engine will run.
The better your food you eat, the healthier you will be.
By balancing your diet: eating less of the wrong things and more of the right things, your goals will become much easier to achieve.
It can be very confusing, knowing what is the best diet and with many things to consider, there is no real off the peg solution.
Having a personal trainer is a costly affair and can be thought of as a luxury for most people.
I want to help as many people as possible so I thought a good way to do this is train several people at once.
That way you can spread the cost and train with one or two of your friends, making it a more enjoyable and affordable proposition all round.
