Chris has always had a passion for sport, playing in every team he could and moving on to play high level rugby, volleyball and athletics at school.
He continued this dedication to sport by completing a Sports and Exercise Science degree, then shortly after his Level 3 in personal training.
I was introduced to CrossFit in 2012 by a friend.
Back then I just did the classic bodybuilder chest on a Monday type training but was starting to get very bored and didn't feel like I was training towards anything.

We specialise in treating people and horses throughout Suffolk and Essex in order to minimise injury and maximise performance.
Susannah has many qualifications under her belt including Pre and Post Natal Coaching which she offers in a 1:1 or small group basis at CrossFit Colchester.
Her other qualifications include: Sports Massage Therapy Roc Doc - RockTaping Specialist Dry Needling IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage) for Humans, Horse and Dogs Fitness Instructor CrossFit Level 2 Coach.

Whilst these classes follow a structured and progressive program, all the elements are infinitely scalable to ensure every individual has a relative and effective workout.
We also offer a number of specialist classes that focus on specific elements of fitness.
These sessions are accessible to everyone and tailored to each individual and their ability much like our CrossFit classes.
