Providing the equipment hasn't been used we will accept a return and a refund will be issued.
Re-stocking fee applies and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.
Return requests must be completed within 14 days of you receiving your goods an email must be sent to our customer service email within this 14 day time period.
In the unlikely case that your equipment arrives and it's faulty or in unsatisfactory condition then please email customer support with images and an explanation of the fault and we'll be on hand to help.
