Personal training can be taken out within Single Sessions, Block or group sessions. Each client will have an accompanied fitness program to follow, alongside Nurtition advice/plan. Group sessions (up to 5 people) and Block Sessions (5 or 10 sessions) will offer a discounted rate allowing you to save money and receive the same quality service.

It includes training plans, nutrition advice and information about menstrual cycle and how it can affect weight loss.
You will also get a recipe pack of your choice (High protein, Plant based or Vegan) This starts at weeks 1-4 with follow up plans to be available in the next couple of weeks.
It includes a minimum of 3 days of training, to then give you flexibility to partake in any classes, sports or walks outside of the plan!
