As a Personal Trainer's Hub we offer a facility that is fully equipped with therapy rooms and class studios, dedicated to support Fitness Instructors, Apprentices, Personal Trainers and Nutrition Advisors to practice their skills, develop themselves and enjoy what they studied for.
We pride ourselves on reinforcing our Gym Etiquette House Rules & Regulations whenever necessary to safeguard the wellbeing of all our Members, Visitors, Staff, Personal Trainers and Equipment. Independent Instructors & Personal Trainers have a unique place to take their clients for regular exercise, classes, GP referral schemes and treatments such as Sports Massage Therapy, without the standard fitness club membership restrictions.
