We are a personal training facility offering 1 to 1 and 4:1 client/trainer ratio training. We use equipment that you won't find in your conventional commercial gyms: sledge hammers, tractor tyres, prowlers, grappling ropes to mention a few. We also provide shower and changing facilities. Training is by appointment only which allows us to tailor your training to your specific goals.
You will meet like minded people that will bring camaraderie, good competition and most importantly fun whilst you train. Each client will receive a postural assessment, vital statistics taken on a monthly basis to track your progress, mentor ship throughout your training and nutritional support. This is one of the most important bits of information we can gather.
Body fat reduction is often a primary goal of most clients and its analysis can be a powerful tool when discussing your progress. Other methods of monitoring this can be used by asking you how your clothes feel on you, using before and after pictures and have you been getting any comments from your friends.
