Ethro's was established by Matthew Etherington in 2013 and has gone from strength to strength. Family run and contract free, you will find Ethro's GYM in the town centre of Ashbourne, Derbyshire. The GYM has something to offer every type of gym user, from beginners to advanced, free weights to functional, its all covered for you. There's personal trainers on hand when you need them and a great vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
Whilst we're known locally as being Ashbourne's number one gym for free weights, we also understand that this isn't for everyone which is why we've dedicated a room separate to the rest of the gym solely for cardio and functional training. There are many misconceptions around weight lifting such as women shouldn't lift or you will look too bulky.
