A passion for the health & fitness has always driven me to keep progressing and improving not only my skills, but the companies. Focusing on offering the best services to our clients, so they can also see the benefits of exercise. My now wife & I moved to London 10 years ago from Cambridge looking to pursue our carriers and work in the City with the best opportunities.
From the age of 17 I had worked for a small gym and supplement company in Cambridge. Opening the gym, supplying gym inductions and also helping in the supplement warehouse with stock take. When we moved to London I started working for the health club chain Cannons in Wimbledon which is now Nuffield Health. Not long after Cannons switched to Nuffield Health I was offered the opportunity to work at their new flagship club in Covent Garden.
Realising the potentially to reach a whole of range of different clients and the challenge of being in a new club from the start I jumped in. Changing my main club, but still working with my clients from Wimbledon allowed me to reach a larger range of clients.
