KPole
Website
Our goal at KPole has always been, and will always be, to make you realise just how epic you are. We know that some people love fitness, we know that others don't - and guess what - we don't care which of those people you are. We also don't care what size, shape, gender or age you are. Everyone is welcomed into the KPole family with the same support and belief from our awesome instructors.

We are also lucky to have gained a beautiful tribe of members, who instill confidence, support and motivation in anyone who walks through our doors, so we would love to have you join us, and become part of the family. We have a wide range of disciplines to offer at our new and improved KPole studio, including our signature Pole Fitness classes, Aerial Hoop and Aerial Silks.

I've been a member at KPole for 4 months now, I've been taught by Ellie, Kim and Pam and have loved everything taught in class and the comfortable supportive environment from the moment I first stepped through the door! Can't thank KPole enough for how much I'm improving and how much I ache after every lesson!

We know that pole can be an expensive hobby, so we wanted to try and give you the best deal possible, by offering a discount when you sign up for a monthly membership with us.
What does it involve?
Your monthly membership is a bit like a gym membership.
It is a one off payment which comes out of your bank via direct debit at the start of each month.
Depending on the membership you have chosen, this then gives you credits to book into a certain number of classes each month.
How much is it?
It depends on which membership you want to sign up for!
Our introductory course to pole fitness aims to give you the fundamentals required to get you started on your pole journey.
Over the six weeks we will focus on increasing strength, flexibility, tone and endurance, to ensure that you are learning and progressing at a pace that suits you.
No level of fitness or flexibility is required to join the course, and we fully believe that pole is for ANYONE, regardless of age, size, shape or gender.
As with pole, this course aims to build on your strength, flexibility, lines and muscle endurance, to get you creating beautiful shapes and combinations on the hoop.
Our beginners classes will teach you the basics you need to start your pole journey.
Join in the fun and learn in a warm and supportive atmosphere, moving at a pace that suits you, whilst at the same time safely pushing yourself to achieve more.
This class will give you a great introduction to pole, learning spins, holds and strengthening techniques to help you progress safely in your pole journey.
This level is suitable for any polers learning moves up to and including a basic invert and inverted crucifix, cross knee releases and basic spin combo's.
Our intermediate 1 class is suitable for any student who has a confident, unaided invert and dismount.
In these lessons we will begin to move onto more adventurous and complex inverts, which require good understanding of muscle engagement and the physics of pole fitness.
We will be working towards moves such as Butterfly, Superman and Brass Monkey, as well as beginning to link more complex spin combinatons.
Intermediate 2 pole is suitable for anyone who has started to progress towards 'arms only' moves such as Ayesha and Handspring.
