Hi I'm Jen, your instructor! I've been teaching dance and fitness for years and I'm also the founder of Raw Diva - commercial dance classes based in Oxford (*shameless dance class plug!). Health and Fitness is my passion; it takes hard work and dedication but when you start feeling fitter and stronger and seeing the results of exercise there's no better feeling!
Being fit doesn't mean aiming to look skinny and restricting what you eat - trust me, I LOVE food! We all know deep down what is good for us, but sometimes it's really difficult to make that happen on your own. That's where I come in! I'm here to help you achieve your goals - whether that's to lose weight, tone your body or increase your fitness levels - I will motivate and support you!
After exercise = I am an elite athlete capable of anything, Athena herself has blessed me! Any instructor who tells you that they don't experience the above is a fibber. I'm human - sometimes I don't want to work out either, so I can relate! Together, we'll get the job done, have a giggle (banter is on point at BodyBurn!) and then go home feeling like the true Goddesses we are!

Founded in 2013, BodyBurn was created with the sole purpose to empower and inspire women through fitness in a positive, fun (honestly!) and relaxed way.
A lot of women only exercise due to societal pressures; wanting to look like (unrealistic) airbrushed models and generally viewing their bodies in a negative way.
I'm here to show you that when you exercise to strengthen your body and celebrate what it can do, you'll fall in love with fitness - and more importantly, how it makes you feel.
Exercise shouldn't be used as punishment for eating cake - it should serve as a reminder of what you're truly capable of (and also strengthen the muscles in your arm so that you can continue to eat cake with ease)!

I've returned from my Italian holiday and I just wanted to say a huge personal thanks.
I had put on a stone within 6 months of moving to the UK; obviously I made changes (especially after booking my Italy yacht holiday, which was going to involve me being in a bikini everyday!) and BodyBurn helped so much as well as my diet changes.
