We understand that you are as focussed on the long term (creating long-lasting, lifestyle changes) as you are on the short term (see quick, noticeable results that create further motivation to keep going).

And we also understand that you're not just after a workout - you're after things like; motivation, support, expert nutritional guidance, accountability, and to be able to train in a safe, fun environment where you can forget the struggles of life, whilst being surrounded by like-minded people who are all on the same journey as you.

Chris is the founder of the company and began as a 1-1 Personal Trainer back in 2011.
After taking the decisions to transition to group training in 2012, he's worked hard to weave the best bits of PT (accountability and coaching) with the best bits of group training (structured fitness and camaraderie) to create a program and approach to fitness & wellbeing, that combines a focus on results, with a 5-star level of service and client experience.
Our ethos of being different, progressive, and focused on creating transformation, not just change, has always been there.
From day 1, there was as much focus on mindset-coaching and behaviour change, as there was with training and nutrition.
11 women finished the trial with epic results, and somehow convinced Chris to turn it into a "thing".
Soon there was nearly 20 clients.

Creating Personal Transformation is a process and a journey.
The hardest part is often just getting started, and this is precisely why we structure our programs to have more "hand holding" at the beginning, and then Coach you to begin owning more and more of your behaviours and habits.
Our signature Training systems, our principle-based approach to Nutrition, and our "secret sauce" of Accountability Coaching, is the DNA of all of our programs.

In fact, we even re-designed out entire fitness system from the ground up, based on utilising the space in a very unique way.
To the outsider looking in, or the newcomer through the door, the layout might look "pretty" or "fancy", but there's a lot of method to the madness - every detail of the gym, from the type of flooring, to how the flooring is laid, to the equipment placement has purpose and thought process behind it.
We don't run "fitness classes" - we run structured, group Personal Training, using cutting-edge methods to deliver transformative results in a safe, structured and inclusive manner.
It saw us shut our gym down - and we had to find a solution.
We went online, delivering live and interactive (two way video) group sessions online - and our clients LOVED the format.
We thought it would just be whilst we were closed, but the format became so popular that over 150 of our clients, decided to stick with online - praise indeed!
