My name is Grant Baillie, I am currently studying Health, Fitness and Exercise at a North East of Scotland College.
From a very young age, I have always enjoyed helping others lead a healthy and active lifestyle.

Throughout my lifetime I have been various shapes and sizes and fully understand the challenges that daily life can through at you as well as the difficulties faced when feeling uncomfortable in your own body.

Throughout my lifetime I have been various shapes and sizes and fully understand the challenges that daily life can through at you as well as the difficulties faced when feeling uncomfortable in your own body.
I am passionate about giving young people the opportunity to remain active throughout their youth, which will provide children of all ages the chance to try new things and discover new passions, which can be highly beneficial for their general development.

With over 20 years' experience in the health and fitness industry, Ben brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to the The Shed Health Club.
From his time as Gym Manager at David Lloyd Aberdeen, he can be credited with the training and development of a number of PTs in the North East of Scotland (including our very own Rachel!).
With this many years of experience, there is barely a type of client Ben hasn't helped.
From weight loss to heart attack and stroke rehab, pre/post-natal to learning difficulties, wheelchair bound to lack of confidence and anxiety, and many more.
