Before you explore our site here's a bit about us. We are an independent family run gym based in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire and have been established since 2005.
Our idea to create the style of gym we have was borne from years of working within various leisure industries and an amalgamation of observations drawn from this. The invention of Monster Gym was formed with the purpose to provide members with the best equipment and apparatus all under one roof to achieve their desired goals. The gym is run by professionals who are highly qualified and have years of experience within the industry.
The result from creating Monster has proved a success with our customers, professional athletes, coaches and trainers and has been an inspiration to all our visitors from all over the world, who when in the U.K, will seek us out to have the experience of training at Monster Gym.

Monster Gym has the very best in strength training equipment from, Hammer Strength, Ivanko, Forza Powerlifting, through to the more conventional professional industry standard equipment.
Both plate loaded and pin selectorized machines sit alongside specially commissioned pieces, which have been sourced and brought to Monster Gym.
We have dozens of bars, tonnes of plated weights, kettlebells, logs, chains and dumbbells up to 150kg.

The conditioning floor is suspended above the main gym floor and offers dozens of cardio stations from the conventional treadmills through to stepmills and summit trainers.
We have a separate conditioning area housing powerbags, medicine balls, ropes and kettlebells, as well as two abdominal areas.
One area contains resistance equipment, the other is more functionally based with mats, swiss balls and a stretching cage.

The boxing and combat area has a full size boxing ring, cage and a further matted area with another cage.
We have a full size training rig, punch bags, kick bags and speed balls along with a number of fitness apparatus and equipment.
Our fully qualified coaches and trainers run weekly classes in boxing and MMA.

Monster's cafe is open every day from 8am to 9.30pm weekdays and 9am to 3pm on weekends and *bank holidays.
You can eat in or takeaway and you don't have to be a member to come in and enjoy our food.
Our cafe is a chilled out and relaxing spot, with free WiFi, TV's and a great view of the gym.
Our aim is to provide tasty, nutritious balanced meals that are low in fat and high in protein, whilst not compromising on taste.
The Monster cooks create all the food we serve from scratch so we know exactly what's gone into each dish.
