We make our classes accessible and adaptable so that almost anyone can take part in them, because we value each and every person who comes to our sessions and their own personal fitness levels and goals. Services
Our Site 1 Gym is divided into 4 sections.
The first one is equipped with PRECOR Cardiovascular Gym equipment and our range of resistance machines to give you a full body workout!
The second section is a functional training room which has a custom built frame to allow customers to use their own body weight to increase strength and muscle tone, as well as a full range of dumbbells from 2 - 50kg, barbells, kettlebells, slam balls, sled, boxes, lifting platform, benches, tyres, ropes and a large selection of olympic plates and a squat rack/ power cage.

For student / senior memberships you will be asked to provide proof that you are a student or senior within the first 14 days if proof is not provided then your membership will default onto our standard rate.
If you are entitled to two free weeks it will be added on to the end of your membership.
