No, please do not cancel your Direct Debit.
You are not being charged while the gym is closed and we can respond and action things when we reopen, plus we don't want you to incur any late payment charges.
Please be aware that if you cancel your Direct Debit at the bank you may incur late payment charges and will be causing us unnecessary administration.
Firstly, you do not renew on to another 12 month contract when your initial 12 months have passed.
The membership simply rolls.
The contract is for a minimum of 12 payments and not based on time therefore the time that you have not been charged while the gym has been closed will be added when we reopen (similar to a mortgage freeze).
You are not being charged while the gym is closed and we can respond and action things when we reopen, plus we don't want you to incur any late payment charges.

For members' convenience we have state-of-the-art sunbeds in both the male & female changing rooms or in a dedicated sunbed room, depending on the OneGym location.
When you want to redeem your tokens simply ask a member of the OneGym staff when you are in the gym and they will issue you with a card that has to be inserted into the sunbed.
