CrossFit differs greatly to a normal gym, we exercise as a team and the entire class is coached by a qualified trainer - think of personal training in a small and focused group. We always start with a warmup which is designed to get our bodies ready for the workout ahead. Then comes the Workout of the Day (WOD), this is written on a whiteboard, explained and adapted to suit each athletes capabilities.

If you're just starting up, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five.
