To keep you on your toes literally, we change the class routines every 8 weeks.
This gives you enough time to see progression in the classes at the same time as keeping the body guessing forcing your body to continue gaining results as well as keeping you engaged.
As well as the classes we also offer 1-1 Personal Training, 2-1 Personal Training and Private Small Group Training.

Our boxing class is purely designed for workout purposes and so there is no contact (sparring) in the sessions.
This is a safe, high intensity and engaging workout using focus pads and heavy bags to teach the fundamental techniques of a boxing session workout.

Suspension training using just a Suspension Trainer and your own body weight and utilizing leverage to work the entire body but with every movement engaging the core muscles, making this one of the best workouts for improving core stability.
