While a lot of the training we provide is box inspired, we wouldn't call ourselves a fighting club or martial arts centre. Instead we help people to achieve outstanding physical shape through training routines and exercises adopted from boxing. At BoxFitness gym we provide a wide range of professional fitness equipment.
It doesn't matter if you want to improve your boxing skills, have a quick cardio session on one of our spin bikes or do anything else - we have it all.
On the right side of the gym you will find a spacious area suitable for skipping, core muscle training or any other activity that requires a bit more space.
There are large mirrors on the walls, so you can easily make sure that you are using correct exercise technique.
Just on the opposite side of the gym you will find a set off spin bikes which can be used for warm-up, cool-down or simply as a great tool for cardio training.
