CrossFit Hull & Humber has two locations at either side of the city, Sutton Fields & Anlaby. Both of our locations follow a weekly CrossFit program that are designed and delivered through our Coaches in house to suit our members needs. All our classes are group based to give each member a personal touch, all classes are tailored to suit the individual.

Services
Owners and coaches (Liam and Pete) started training together on the school field at Winifred Holtby when they played under 13's rugby.
They carried on training together after the rugby stopped in your conventional gyms.
Training consisted of varied workouts including body building but they both had an underlying interest in fitness that went beyond the standard weightlifting and cardio practices.
When Pete bought his first house he found his neighbour throwing kettlebells around in his back garden.

This is an informal chat where we can show the gym and the facilities, chat about the classes and membership, as well as outline your goals and experiences.

CrossFit Kids is an exciting and fun way for kids and teens to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits.
We've created an engaging and welcoming atmosphere to coach your kids and Teens in a way that keeps them interested and motivated.
Our facility is the only certified Crossfit box in Hull that provides CrossFit kids!
In addition we have certified CrossFit Kids Trainers who provide a safe and fun environment that guarantees success for all ability and experience levels.
This is NOT just weightlifting for kids.
